LoboLira
The principal house is called LoboLira. It’s a “rustic” and special house, built with red bricks and finished with a lot of wooden structures. It has a surface of 150m2, 2 dormitories and is constructed against a hill with a huge wooden terrace. It has quite a few connections for hammocks where you can enjoy the fresh wind and the views of the bay and Pacific. The terrace is 3,5 m wide and 15 meters long.
The house includes an open kitchen and living room, classic Nicaraguan furniture (rocking chairs and old cupboards). The living room is huge (50m2) and part of it can be used as a third bedroom. Electricity is both 110V as 220V.
The 2 bedrooms both have a huge window with a magnificent view on the bay and sea straight from your bed. The bathroom is big. There is also a walking closet with a large mirror.

In front of the house Lobolira is an outside shower and a huge BBQ-area with lamps. This area can be used by all people who are renting, the caretaker can help preparing the BBQ,
Common terraces
In front of el Lobo and behind Lobolira is a terrace with the best view of the sea and bay. This area can be used by all renters.
