Casa Amistad 2 Upper Floor & Roof Terrace
As from the 24th of December 2010 Lobolira will have extended its facilities: have extended its facilities: Casa de Amistad, a brick house of two stores. On each floor is a self-luminous apartment comprising two bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen-living room. These two apartments can be rented together or separately. Both have a separate entrance.
The name "House of Friendship" was chosen because friends of Jan-Luc and Sandra, the owners, have helped with the design and finance. These friends were also those who motivated Jan-Luc 10 years ago to start with Lobolira.
The ground floor has a terrace of 50 m2, the upper floor has a full timber balcony of 50m2 and a roof terrace of the same size. From the apartments there is a beautiful view of the bay.
Both Apartments are fully furnished with new furniture and kitchen equipment. The house has hot water and throughout the home are ceiling fans.

Common BBQ area
In front of the house Lobolira is an outside shower and a huge BBQ-area with lamps. This area can be used by all people who are renting, the caretaker can help preparing the BBQ,
Common terraces
In front of el Lobo and behind Lobolira is a terrace with the best view of the sea and bay. This area can be used by all renters.
