Villa LoboLira consists of 6 different houses, all completely furnished and equipped with a complete kitchen (incl. stove and fridge) and a complete bathroom. Each house has among others, a television, free Internet access, cable TV, rocking chairs, hammocks and clean sheets and towels. Bedlinen and towels will be replaced weekly

The cabins/houses can lodge between 2 – 5 persons, depending which one you choose. In case you want to sleep with more people, exists the possibility to rent an extra bed/matrass. As the houses are on a hill there is always a fresh wind; also every house has one or more fans, depending on the amount of dormitories. The watertanks have a total capacity of 12.000 liters, so there is always enough water. Prices include water, electricity, Cable TV (HBO, ESPN, CNN etc.) , wifi, twice a week cleaning of the house and private parking. Additionally you can use a DVD-player and movies.

CARETAKERS

Francisco, the caretaker lives with his partner Luz Marina and their daughter, Francisca, on the property.

Francisco checks who is entering, keeps the property clean, and does minor repairs. Luz Marina cleans twice a week the cabins.

If you want her to clean more, wash your clothes(we have an electric washing machine) or cook you a fresh fish, Luz Marina will help you out against a very decent price.

They are a friendly and helpful couple, so don´t hesitate to ask for their help.

The neighboorhood "La Planta"

Villa Lobolira is located behind the docks, in a typical Nicaraguan neighbourhood. This is the fishermen quarter; people are easy going and live on the street. During the night and morning you might hear at times the dogs, roosters and sometimes some music. This is part of Nicaraguan life; most important the people is friendly.
